Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Orders for which any item is hand-made and to order, have a delivery time of 6 - 10 weeks, dependent on the specific suppliers own lead times.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
All standard deliveries in the United Kingdom are free of charge on orders over £2500. Any additional shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
The estimated delivery time will depend on the item ordered. Standard delivery for in-stock goods is from 3-5 business days.
High Value Items
High-value items are to be signed for. We’ll send you an email explaining how to track your item and letting you know when it will be delivered.
If no-one is available, the courier will NOT leave goods with anyone that has not been pre-approved. If delivery operatives are unable to complete delivery they will usually attempt to make further deliveries and obtain a signature up to 3 times before the goods are returned. Further deliveries incur a shipping charge from between £60 and £175.
Most of our 3rd party delivery operatives are experienced with furniture and difficult or bulky goods so difficulties should not arise. However, should you suspect our delivery team may struggle to deliver to your address, call us to discuss any concerns on 0208 945 7788 as soon as possible after placing your order.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
A Shipment Confirmation email is sent once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers are active within 24 hours.
TopEco Home is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
TopEco Home will help arrange deliveries to any location worldwide. However please make yourself aware of the following caveats.
Delivery costs vary depending on where you live and the number/size of pieces that you purchase. Once we receive your order, we will send you a personalized delivery quote.
We do reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, therefore we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
TopEco Home ships to addresses within the U.K., U.K. Territories, and all mainland addresses. Geographical location and courier availability can restrict our service therefore we may not always be able to deliver certain products to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
TopEco Home is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Delivery of Large Pieces
For large items, our suppliers will ask you a few simple questions to ensure a smooth delivery. Please make sure there is sufficient access for delivery operatives and vehicles. Always check the measurements listed below and ensure the same units (cms or inches) are used when comparing against the size of your item.
- Size of doorways
- Size of any ramps
- Size of the elevator/stairwell
- Size of the windows (if required for access)
Please ensure there is a parking option for the delivery truck or a street permit for delivery.
Every item of furniture is listed with full measurements (width, height and depth) on the individual product descriptions.

International Delivery Summary
You will be contacted by a customer service team member once the item is ready for dispatch.
Most delivery sequences run as follows:
- You are offered a choice of delivery dates with AM/PM time slots
- You are contacted directly by a delivery crew approximately 1 hr before delivery
- Delivery placement is to a room of choice, with packaging removal for recycling
- Basic assembly is offered where appropriate (with full assembly an option)
- A full inspection of goods is carried out
- A post-delivery customer satisfaction survey is requested
TopEco Home believes the delivery of your precious furniture item is a special event. So when it comes to planning the delivery of your special purchase, we hand the control over to you to select a delivery time and date that fits around you and not us.
General Shipping Help
Out of Stock Notification
If your item is out of stock, we’ll email you to let you know. If you’re happy to wait and the item comes back in stock within 28 days, you’ll be billed and the item will be shipped to you. If it’s still not available within 28 days, we'll cancel your order and refund you.
If you’re not happy to wait, please contact customer services to cancel your order.
Overdue or Damaged Orders
If your delivery is overdue, or your items have been accidentally damaged in transit, or for any other queries, call our Customer Services team for assistance on 0208 945 7788, 9 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
If your order is being delivered by one of our approved suppliers and it’s overdue, please contact our Customer Services team who will be able to contact the supplier on your behalf. Please note the opening hours of our contact centre may be different to those of the supplier so we may not be able to give you an immediate response.
Multiple Item Deliveries
Your items may arrive on different days or from different couriers, but you won’t be charged for additional deliveries.
If you order items with both 5 and 7-day dispatch times, we'll deliver them separately.
